Depending on the day, you may find her developing new business strategies, checking in with our talented pool of designers, discovering new designer talent, cultivating brand loyalty with our ever-expanding builder community or working with our developers to improve how we do what we do.

With Patty at the helm, every dollar has a home. Whether she is paying the bills to keep the lights on, paying our staff, or directly liaising with our designers, she's always got a smile on her face or a joke to tell. Team AD is lucky to have her!

David Woolery

Director of Content

David's graphic expertise and 'get it done' approach makes him an invaluable member of our team. His mission is to ensure the best digital experience in our industry. When David isn't creating and managing our content, this self-professed PhotoShop nerd is combing analytics, working with our social media team, educating designers on how to best present their plans, and helping us with our business strategy.

Ana Coddington

Head of special projects

Ana’s positive energy, get it done attitude, and eye for design makes her a valuable team member! From writing blog posts, to creating instructional videos explaining features such as our 360° Interactive Walkthrough Tours, she is spearheading special projects with the goal of enhancing customer experience. With over a dozen years of industry knowledge driving her passion, we are lucky to have her. If Spanish is your language and you need assistance, Ana is your gal!

Patrick Conklin

Patrick is most likely the person you’ll talk to — or email with — if you are one of the thousands of people who contact us to make changes to our designs. His customer service skills are wonderful and we’re lucky to have him on our team.

Deirdre handles all things customer service and does them with a huge smile! She is here to answer questions, facilitate modification requests and just about anything else that comes her way. She has a positive energy and attitude and is a gal you will enjoy hearing on the other end of the phone!

Betsy’s resiliency was put to the test the minute she joined AD. Learning the ropes by Zoom during the pandemic was her indoctrination into all things AD! Those of you who have had the pleasure of communicating with her either by email or phone know how lucky we are to have her on board. Like our other top-notch, dedicated Customer Success Specialists Betsy is here to answer questions, facilitate modification requests and handle anything plan-related.

Lindsay rounds out the Customer Success team and is here to answer your questions, guide you through a plan search, and work with you on a modification request.
